Product DescriptionProduct OverviewZN63A(VS1) vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor high-voltage switchgear. It is mainly used in three-phase AC 50Hz power systems with voltage levels of 12kV and below, serving as the protection and control unit for power grid equipment and power equipment in industrial and mining enterprises. Its core technology lies in the vacuum interrupter, which achieves rapid arc extinction using a high-vacuum environment, featuring compact size, long service life and high reliability.1. Vacuum Interrupter
It adopts a middle-sealed ceramic vacuum interrupter. The contact material is copper-chromium alloy, and it is equipped with a longitudinal magnetic field contact structure. This design can effectively diffuse the arc, reduce the arc voltage, and quickly extinguish the arc when the current crosses zero, achieving highly reliable breaking. The interrupter is encapsulated in an insulation cylinder formed by the APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) process, which not only reduces the volume but also prevents foreign object damage and surface contamination.
2. Operating Mechanism
Two types are available: spring energy storage and permanent magnet operation:
Spring operating mechanism: Supports electric and manual energy storage, transmits energy through a linkage mechanism, suitable for frequent operation scenarios, with a mechanical life of up to 20,000 operations.
Permanent magnet operating mechanism: Uses permanent magnets to maintain the switching-on and switching-off states, reduces mechanical parts by more than 50%, significantly improves reliability, has a mechanical life of up to 30,000 operations, and the switching characteristics can be intelligently controlled by an electronic system.3. Insulation and ProtectionIt adopts integrated encapsulated pole technology, which integrates the vacuum interrupter, conductive circuit, and insulation support into one piece. It can effectively resist the influence of harsh environments such as humidity and pollution, and is suitable for areas below 2,000 meters above sea level. Some models can adapt to higher altitudes (such as 2,500 meters) through enhanced insulation design.Product Features1.Adopts an integrated modular spring mechanism with excellent performance, stable reliability, and low maintenance. Closing and opening coils and motors can be easily replaced without disassembling other parts.
2.The primary conductive circuit is installed in an insulation cylinder made of epoxy resin through APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) process, effectively preventing the impact of external factors such as external force and polluted environment on the arc extinguishing chamber.
3.The circuit breaker can be divided into two structures: truck type and fixed type, and can be matched with switchgear cabinets such as KYN28A, XGN66, and XGN15.
